Mnmonthego Travels is a travel planning agency. We help you plan and book trips such as cruises, Disney vacations, honeymoons, family vacations, and group trips. Your travel is provided by third-party suppliers such as cruise lines, resorts, hotels, airlines, and tour operators. We act as an agent for these suppliers and do not own or operate them.
2. Inquiries and Consultations
Submitting a form, requesting a quote, or scheduling a consultation is free and does not create a booking or any obligation. A booking is confirmed only after you approve it and any required deposit or payment has been received by the supplier.
3. Prices, Payments, and Cancellations
Prices and availability are set by suppliers and can change until your booking is confirmed. Deposits, final payment dates, cancellation penalties, and change fees are set by each supplier, and we will share them with you before you book. Please review the supplier's terms carefully. Any planning or service fee charged by Mnmonthego Travels will be explained to you in writing before you agree to it.
4. Travel Documents and Requirements
You are responsible for having valid passports, visas, and any health or entry documents required for your trip. Traveler names on bookings must match government-issued ID exactly. Please tell us about any errors in your booking details right away.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip against cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unexpected events. If you decline insurance, you accept the financial risk of cancellations or changes.
6. Supplier Responsibility
Because your travel services are provided by independent suppliers, Mnmonthego Travels is not responsible for their acts, errors, or omissions, or for delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or other problems caused by suppliers, weather, natural disasters, illness, strikes, government actions, or other events outside our control.
7. Promotions
Special offers, such as the Hotel Savings Card, are subject to their own terms and eligibility requirements and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
8. Text Messages
If you opt in to receive text messages, you agree to receive texts from Mnmonthego Travels about your trip inquiry and travel updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
